Rates

    Summer Special $180 per night +10% tax, 2-night minimum (3-nights on holidays).

    Weekly rates are $900 + 10% tax.

    Single night $200 + 10% tax.

    Payable by cash, check, or on-line through PayPay

    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery or Direct Bank Transfer

        accepted only on-line via the link to the right.

Security Deposit

    A $200 security deposit is required for all stays. Please note, if you pay

    the security deposit by credit card, there will be a fee assessed with the

    returned deposit.

Rental Agreement

    Please read and sign the rental agreement. You can mail it to me or

    email it providing the information requested.

Cancellation Policy

    Payment is fully refundable if cancellation is received 10 days prior

    to the booking date. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation

    occurs less than 10 days before the booking date.
